It is now widely recognized that the slowness of the Italian civil justice system produces negative effects on the economy of the Nation. It, therefore, becomes of fundamental importance to implement an improvement in the efficiency and quality of the national judicial system. The reorganization of the judicial machine involves several directions and, in this sense, the optimization of resources plays a fundamental role in reducing the operating times of judicial offices, at the same time guaranteeing an increase in the level of quality of the work of judges and clerks, as well as the upgrading of the image of "Justice at the service of the country".
